Today doesn’t feel like a Monday. It’s probably because E is home all week for half term and Hubs is off work tomorrow and Wednesday but that is no excuse for me nearly forgetting that I needed to do my promise for the week. So sorry it’s a bit late Mum of One but here we go:
This week Baby I promise…not to leave you in the new ‘Baby Cage’ all day, even though I think it’s the best thing we’ve ever bought and you seem to love being in there (without me hovering over you trying to stop you eating wires and impaling yourself on E’s toys). We will still play, honest! I just might occasionally go to the toilet by myself.
Ah cute! We bought the biggest play pen ever last year and it was nice to know the little man was safe from plugs and doors etc but he totally destroyed it within months :/ No more baby jail for us!
Oh no! I hope this one lasts. It’s been so handy so far.
And when baby hits the terrible two’s you can lock yourself in there;)
Ha! That will be coming too soon.
Oh I want one!!! I’d love to pee by myself for once
They should be given free to every parent, so useful!
LOL…brilliant. HAVE to get me one of those! x
Definitely, get one immediately!
Oh that’s so funny! The baby cage!Well it seems like you both rate it!And safety comes first xx
Oh yes, I’m all about the safety (and a little bit lazy!) 😉
I popped over from Mum of Ones Blog and I love your post. We never seemed to have the space for a play pen but it was on my wish list! I also absolutely love the fact that you are thinking of a minutes peace to use the loo, I still have problems using the toilet in peace and my 2 are 4.5 years and 2.5 years.
I’m almost looking forward to going back to work for a bit of peace!
Brilliant! Doesn’t going to the loo by yourself feel like a little holiday sometimes. Im usually there with a toddler and a baby sat on my lap ;-
It’s not much to ask is it? *sniff*
whahahahaha!!!!!!!!! love it! do you think my 11,9 & 6 year old will fit in one of those? x
