Smokey Sweet Jacky D’s asmothered on my brisket, an old recipe from my Gran in The Southern state of Texas! This would just add style to a true classic
with some mayo and French mustard, a dash of olive oil and a hint of the juice of a Satsuma. Mix it all together to make a sweet and spicy sauce for use with my tacos and tortillas. Or I would use it on some cheesy nachos while watching a movie!

I would add them to a new dish I just tried tonight which was basically chorizo, potatoes, onion and chickpeas fried into a pancake with egg on top. Lovely but needed a bit of a pep up, any of those delicious sauces would work
