In reply to Mum2babyinsomniac. My husband thinks the same but luckily I have a higher tolerance for mess than he does and if I leave it long enough he eventually gives in and does it. It's a bit like the husband equivalent of sleep training, distressing at the time but best in the long run. ;)

I like you. You’re shorter than me, so I can loom over you. You like TV. You are a sloven. You can do Physics. This is all excellent. Now, to change: pasta with KETCHUP?? Yeuch. You want to do pasta with MAYO. Comfort-a-gogo. And politics? Hmm, OK, I can cope with that, but only if you’re left of centre. Right-wingers leave me cold. Otherwise, you sound pretty cool.

Your husband does all the cleaning??! Wowzer. Mine doesn’t do anything in the house and he makes even more work for me by leaving his boxers all the over the bathroom! Apparently until I go back to work, it’s my job! x

I am crap at housework too, my OH irons and washes everything! I am also a plant killer. Anything that looks pretty has been looking after itself, I’ve not really done anything!
