Something I found was trying not to sound too boring (‘I’m nice’ ‘I’m polite’ etc) because, generally, I think people should be those things anyway – it shouldn’t be something special to me, if you see what I mean!
Anyway I’m glad it lightened your mood, I think that’s what it’s supposed to do 🙂 Now if we had to list things we DIDN’T like about ourselves… would we find that so hard…?
