I’m late again with my promise this week. Tut tut! I shall blame it on this NaBloPoMo malarky and hope Mum of One forgives me. So here goes:
This week baby I promise… to keep getting out and about despite to downturn in the weather.
I’m not much of an outdoorsy type in the best of circumstances but when the weather’s bad you practically have to crowbar me from the sofa. The boys, of course, are made of sterner stuff and would happily go out in any weather. Might need some new wellies.

Wow! this remarkably similar to my post earlier!! roll on warmer weather!
catparrott says
It can’t be long until May, surely?

Good promise, and one that I should make to my babies too. I am terrible about going out when the weather is bad. I need to get something in the diary every day, that I can’t shrug off, to get me outdoors or I think I’ll go into hibernation until next March!
catparrott says
Exactly, home is so cosy!
Expat Mammy says
hahahah were leaving the heat so we can actually get out too, Think I better buy some warm jackets for us both.x
catparrott says
At least there’s an associated shopping opportunity.
motherventing says
I would quite easily hibernate till May if it weren’t for that pesky Moo climbing the walls if she doesn’t get a sniff of fresh air after a few hour. Bah! She’ll learn. Good luck!
catparrott says
Damn babies! They don’t appreciate my need for PJ days.
Jess says
The weathers shocking isn’t it!Real gloomy drizzle!Good luck with that promise & let’s hope we get a few more bright skies back soon xx
catparrott says
Fingers crossed x
Rollercoaster Mum says
It’ll be great to get out if this horrid drizzle goes and we get some nice bright, crisp days – I love going out then – have fun!
catparrott says
Yes, it’s definitely the damp rather than the cold that bothers me, yucky!
