Today – Win a lost my name book
Reading a bedtime story is one of the parenting activities I most enjoy and it’s particularly great when I come across a beautiful new picture book. Lost My Name produce a number of personalised books and they’ve recently sent me a copy of ‘The Little Girl Who Lost Her Name’ for V.
The story involves a little girl who sets out to find her lost name, meeting magical creatures and animals along the way who each help her by providing a letter of her name. The illustrations are wonderfully detailed and the story itself is written in rhyme which is a joy to read.
The online order process is very straight forward, asking you to enter the name and gender of the child you’re buying for and then letting you pick how the character will look and add a dedication. Lost My Name then print up your unique book and ship it out to you to arrive in a few days.
It’s such a fun book and especially great for V to start to recognise her own name. I’d thoroughly recommend it as a Christmas present. You can find out more at the Lost My Name website, Facebook page or Instagram feed and you can also win yourself a copy in today’s #EarlyAdvent giveaway below.
Win a Lost My Name book
If you’d like to win a copy of a Lost My Name book, personalised for your child then leave us a comment answering the following question and record your entry in the Rafflecopter widget below. You can then make any other entries you’d like. The giveaway runs until Sunday 27th November 2016 and is open to UK residents only.
V’s book saw her getting the first letter of her name from a Viking. What kind of creature would you like to see giving you the first letter of your lost name?
