A children’s nativity set is a lovely traditional part of getting ready for Christmas. As well as being a great decorative item they can also be super child friendly toys, giving kids the chance to talk through and act out the story of the nativity which so many of them will have the chance to be part of at school at this time of year. Of course with a bit of imagination the characters will probably get up to all sort of other things too!
If you want the kids to get hands on with your nativity set then it’s import to choose carefully. You don’t want anything that is likely to break or that might be a choking hazard. Natural materials with no sharp points are the way to go. Luckily there are plenty to choose from.
